Propose a Method or Correction
The Atlas is a curated scientific resource that is continuously updated to reflect advances in computational cell reprogramming.
Researchers are invited to propose newly published methods, suggest corrections to existing entries, provide updated software or reproducibility information, or request review of a method classification. All submissions undergo editorial review prior to inclusion in the Atlas.
The goal of the review process is to ensure consistency and transparency across methods while maintaining a stable and auditable record of field developments.
What to Include
To facilitate review, please provide:
- Full citation (title, authors, journal, year, DOI and/or PMID)
- A concise description of the method and its primary computational objective
- Reprogramming modality or modalities addressed (I, D, T, P)
- Public code repository, software package, or web tool (if available)
- Optional comments regarding explicitness class placement (C0–C3), validation level, or reproducibility assessment
Review Process
Submissions are evaluated according to the Atlas inclusion criteria and methodological framework.
Each accepted method receives:
- Explicitness class placement
- Methodological annotation
- Reproducibility audit
- Date of review and curation
Where classification is uncertain, additional literature review or consultation with method developers may be performed before inclusion.

Inclusion does not imply endorsement, ranking, or assessment of scientific impact. The Atlas aims to document the diversity of computational approaches in the field, from target-feature discovery methods (C0) through explicit intervention models (C3), using a consistent and transparent framework.
